According to art. 29 of the Regional Law n.8 of 1998, companies working for the Right to Education can promote sporting and cultural activities, as well as recreational activities for students.
Specific funds have been established for financing student activities.
Financing requests must be issued in accordance to the terms and modalities established by the regulations, usually published at the start of the academic year.
The funds are granted after an examination of the proposals by an appointed Committee. The proposals can be issued by single students, students groups, associations, and cooperative companies.
The “Regolamento per l’assegnazione di contributi destinati al finanziamento delle attività studentesche” (Students activities contributions regulations) establishes the criteria for the funding requests.
